UEM Lestra is a wholly-owned subsidiary and the green industries arm of UEM Group, who in turn is wholly-owned by Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the sovereign wealth fund of Malaysia. The name Lestra is derived from the Bahasa Melayu word, “Lestari” which means “sustainable”.
